With a passion that started in 1970, you've reached a source for comprehensive financial consulting and advisory services. You see, I didn't know it at the time, but the total unpreparedness of my family to financially handle the sudden death of my dad in 1972 led me to this wonderful profession.
With a comprehensive fixed-fee only approach, my business works with individuals (sometimes small businesses and non-profits) to help them obtain their goals. The goals we're talking about are not focused on finances or money, but the goals people have for their lives. The financial work we do supports their lifelong goals.
As a Certified Financial Planner and Accredited Investment Fiduciary, we work with people going through transitions. The transitions we deal with mostly include retirement, divorce and widowhood.
After 1970, I went on to graduate from Tiverton, RI's high school in 1978. Four years later, I graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's of Aerospace Engineering. Immediately after graduating led to a 21 year career in the United States Air Force where I retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2003. Along the way I picked up a Master of Science in Astronautical Engineering and another in Political Science.
Just after retiring from the USAF, I passed the CFP exam, beacame a comprehensive financial advisor and have never looked back.
